Reunião da Rede Brasileira: Resistência Antifúngica em Aspergillus fumigatus – Protegendo a Saúde diante das Pressões Agrícolas

Esta reunião científica reunirá pesquisadores, profissionais da saúde, representantes da indústria e tomadores de decisão para debater os desafios da resistência antifúngica em Aspergillus fumigatus com foco no impacto do uso agrícola de fungicidas. A programação inclui painéis clínicos, sessões técnicas, grupos de trabalho, mesas-redondas com autoridades nacionais e internacionais e um painel global com representantes da OMS, FAO, CDC e outras instituições.

O evento culminará na elaboração e assinatura de um Manifesto por Políticas de Fungicidas com Prioridade em Saúde, consolidando compromissos institucionais em favor da saúde pública e da abordagem One Health.

Brazilian Network Meeting: Aspergillus fumigatus AMR – Protecting Health in the Face of Agricultural Pressures

This scientific meeting will bring together researchers, healthcare professionals, industry representatives, and policymakers to address the growing challenge of antifungal resistance in Aspergillus fumigatus, with a focus on the impact of agricultural fungicide use.

The program includes clinical panels, technical sessions, thematic workgroups, policy roundtables with national and international authorities, and a global policy panel with representatives from WHO, FAO, CDC, and other organizations.

The event will culminate in the development and signing of a Manifesto for Health-First Fungicide Policies, consolidating institutional commitments to public health and the One Health approach.
